When do Warzone servers shut down for the Verdansk update?

Verdansk finally returns to Warzone after being gone for over three years, but in preparation, you won’t be able to play for a while as the servers are going offline.

Usually, new Warzone seasons go live at the same time as those for the main Call of Duty game, but Season 3 bucks that trend. Black Ops 6 Season 3 goes live a day before Warzone’s update, but you won’t be able to play the battle royale during this time.

It’s worth knowing exactly when Warzone’s servers go down so you’re not caught off guard and you can get a free reward just for logging in while it’s down.

When does Warzone go offline?

Warzone’s servers go down on Wednesday, April 2, at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST. This is the same time Black Ops 6 Season 3 starts, a day before Warzone’s huge Verdansk update.

As a reminder, Call of Duty: Warzone will be going offline at 9 AM PT on April 2nd, alongside the launch of Season 03. It will remain offline for 24 hours until the release of Verdansk at 9 AM PT on April 3rd.

Even though Warzone is down, you should still log in. Any player who loads up Warzone during the downtime will unlock the Kilo 141 Assault Rifle for free.

Plus, Black Ops 6 multiplayer is free during this time, so you can unlock attachments ready for Verdansk’s arrival. BO6 guns will have a rapid TTK on Verdansk, so this free period is the perfect time to level up some meta choices.

When do Warzone servers go back online?

Warzone’s servers go back online on Thursday, April 3,at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST– 24 hours after they went offline.

Once the servers come back online, Warzone Season 3 will have kicked off, and Verdansk will have returned. With a new Battle Pass to grind, you can start unlocking classic weapons like the HDR Sniper Rifle and Kali Sticks for a dose of nostalgia.
